Once the details are finalized, you’ll receive your service agreement and onboarding documents. Upon signing and confirming your payment schedule, we’ll secure your office and coordinate the preparations for your move-in.

Given that all payments have been remitted and requirements have also been submitted, your office will be fully prepared—cleaned, connected, and furnished—prior to your arrival. On your first day, our team will be on site to assist with onboarding, ensure everything is in place, and help your team get up and running without delay.

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. This ensures the space is maintained and any damages or unpaid dues are covered. 💰

What’s included in a standard office setup?

How soon can we move in after signing & paying?

For standard offices, move-ins can happen in as fast as 3 to 5 business days. For build-to-suit offices, lead time starts at 30 days, depending on requirements. ⏳

Are utilities and CUSA fees included in the rent?

Yes, most utilities such as electricity, internet, and CUSA (Common Use Service Area) fees are already included in your monthly rate—no hidden charges. For certain custom setups, we’ll inform you in advance if there are any additional costs. 💡

What happens if we terminate early?

Early termination terms depend on your lease agreement. In most cases, we require advance written notice and a cancellation fee based on the remaining contract duration. ⚖️
